This tri-fold brochure was designed as part of a design contest in DesignCrowd for Premier Dentistry, USA. The main objective of this brochure is to promote a discount plan named "PremierCare Dental Savings Plan" launched by them. The brief of the project stated that the brochure should look professional, clean and innovative; should be combining simple charts and numbers with sleek design for wow effects.
